NOTE: You must be an approved vendor with an IRS form W-9 on file with the VOCP to obtain a password and utilize the Vendor Inquiry Portal.

Attention Medical Providers: VOCP is a payor of last resort. Please ensure your bill is processed by your patient’s insurance company prior to submitting it to this program.
