December 6 UNLV Tragedy
Our hearts are heavy as we
process the news of the shooting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, on
December 6, 2023.
Resources and services are
available at the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center to help victims, their families and others directly
impacted by this tragic event.
The Resiliency Center is
connecting affected individuals with mental health providers, in addition to
supporting them with Victims of Crime Program (VOCP) applications available
online in English
or Spanish,
legal services, and other resources. Completed applications can be emailed to unlvsupport@lacsn.org.
The Vegas Strong Resiliency
Center is located at 2915 W Charleston Blvd, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89102,
and open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Individuals can also
find help by completing a General Intake Form, calling their main line at 702-455-AIDE
(2433), or clicking here for updates from Clark County.
